It is with great excitement that the Pastor Search Committee brings this announcement – after a thorough search, we are ready to recommend a Candidate for Lead Pastor of Deep Run East Mennonite Church!

We look forward to introducing you to our Candidate and his family on the weekend of June 29-30, 2024.  Below is the schedule for the weekend:

• Saturday, June 29 at 9:00 am – Meeting with Elders and the Leadership Board in the Conference Room. 

• Saturday, June 29 at 11:30 am – Lunch meeting with Staff in the Conference Room.

• Saturday, June 29 at 6:00 pm – Our Pastor Candidate’s family will meet with Primary and Youth families for a picnic dinner, games and fellowship at Dave & Kelli Rice’s home.

• Sunday, June 30 at 9:00 am – Our Pastor Candidate will preach during the Worship Service.

• Sunday, June 30 at 11:30 am – After Sunday school hour, a congregational potluck meal followed by a Question and Answer time led by Leadership Board with pre-submitted questions.
