Strides for Missions 5K Race

In 2007, Deep Run East church members planned the first annual Strides for Mission 5K Race. Each year, this event raises funds for a variety of mission projects including MAMA Project, Inc., congregation members traveling in missions abroad, Tree of Life International (supporting sustainability in Haiti), Pennridge FISH, etc. In 2012 all proceeds supported Pennridge FISH (Fellowship in Serving Humanity). The Strides for Mission 5K Race is a great event for community interaction and involvement in support of healthy behavior and mission work locally and internationally.
